Avery Chin is the only magician ever honoured with the title of “The Battle of Magicians – Dragon Award” Grand Champion and ” Most People’s Choice” in the Magic Competition organized by a world-class Las Vegas magician in Malaysia.

In the year of 2012 and 2013, with their remarkable Costume Change Act, Avery and his partner Sylvia won two championships in the International Talents Competition “Two Minutes to Fame”. In year 2019, Avery and his partner Sylvia achieved remarkable results in International Magic Competition and won a “Golden Gaobi Award” in Shenzhen, China.

Throughout his 20 years magic career, Avery distinguished himself as an Illusionist, Quick Change Artist and also a Magic Consultant. Avery is the founder of two companies, Atrix Entertainment and Magic I Concept. As a renowned International magician, Avery traveled far and wide as a guest performer in numerous International magic conventions, magic festivals, corporate events, charity events, and Televisions show appearance.

Using his vast experience, broad knowledge and facilitation skills, Avery has been providing magic consultancy stage and directing numerous of magic events, magic competitions, corporate launching and artist production concerts.

Avery and his partner Sylvia were five-time Guinness World Records holders. They are the current world records holder titles for “The Most Costume Change Illusions in One Minute” and “The Most Costume Change Illusions in 30 Seconds”

The record of “The Most Costume Change Illusions in One Minute” in Wuhan, China on September 2016, in Tokyo, Japan on August 2017 and in Penang, Malaysia on September 2017.  And the record for “The Most Costume Change Illusions in 30 seconds” in Hong Kong on March 2018 and in Beijing, China on January 2019.

In Guinness World Records Day on 18 November 2020, Avery has broke a Guinness World Records for “Most Magic Tricks Performed in One Minute” is 31, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. After a week Avery’s done it again, in order to challenge himself, Avery achieved a Guinness World Records for “Most Magic Tricks Performed in One Minute” is 34, on 25th November, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In October 2017 in Hong Kong, Avery and his partner Sylvia collaborated with renowned Hong Kong Illusionist Avon Lee and they have achieved I.M.S World Records for “The Most Costume Change and Teleportation Illusions in 100 seconds” awarded by International Magicians Society. And the following year in July, Avery and his partner Sylvia were awarded a prestigious “Oscar of Magic” Merlin Award for “World’s Best Quick Change Artists 2018” for their outstanding achievement and contribution in Magic was presented by I.M.S International President and Chairman in Hong Kong Award Ceremony. ​

In September 2017, Avery was awarded “Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian 2017 – Cultural Achievement” presented by JCI Malaysia. And also in January 2018, he was awarded “The International Personality Award” presented by Grandeur International Business Award 2017/2018. These awards are recognition of his exceptional young entrepreneurs and the role of creativity in his success.

In April 2019, Avery and his partner Sylvia were awarded “MCM Icons – The World’s Best Quick Change Artists of the Year” in recognition of their eminent achievement presented by McMillan Woods Global Awards 2019
